Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Return Period
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product
- Returns cannot be accepted after the return period has expired
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Returns may be rejected if products show signs of use or damage
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- You must select and pay for your own return shipping method
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Example: For a $100 product return → $85 refund ($15 restocking fee deducted)
- The restocking fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
- Some products are not eligible for return
- Currently, 1 product is designated as final sale
- Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days
- The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee
How to Return
- Contact our customer service to request a return
- After return approval, ship the product to the provided address
- Include your order number with the return shipment
- Refunds will be processed after the product arrives and passes inspection
