Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.

Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product
  • Returns cannot be accepted after the return period has expired

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Returns may be rejected if products show signs of use or damage

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • You must select and pay for your own return shipping method
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit

Restocking Fee

  • 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Example: For a $100 product return → $85 refund ($15 restocking fee deducted)
  • The restocking fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

  • Some products are not eligible for return
  • Currently, 1 product is designated as final sale
  • Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return
  2. After return approval, ship the product to the provided address
  3. Include your order number with the return shipment
  4. Refunds will be processed after the product arrives and passes inspection
